Ok Kristen, it's 335 steep and tall steps down, and 335 steep and tall steps back up. Back-breaking. They even had a sign by the trail leading to the falls saying "Let's burn the fat!". I was so sweaty, the motorcycle driver probably thought I had fallen into the stream.
