Right in front of my hotel here in Dumaguete, Philippines, when the sun rises in the morning, the tide pulls back to reveal a tongue of the rocky ocean floor. I noticed yesterday the activity out there, and swore to go down there this morning. So I went out there for about an hour today, between 6:30 and 7:30, mingling with fishermen, crab and shrimp pickers and some early swimmers. Here are a few pics...
